As a GIS Expert - able to elaborate accurate methodologies for drawing up flood maps, databases of assets and risk maps, for the assessment of direct physical damages related to floods, for the determination of socially acceptable flood risks.
As a Data Acquisition and Remote sensing specialist - has extensive experience in sourcing data in remote regions and applying this data to flood risk management.
